THE PATIENT CONVERSION PROCESS

Advanced Medical Support Services, Inc., makes it easy to transfer patients with ongoing supply needs who are currently being serviced by other vendors. We can provide all the necessary disposable needs of amputees, patients with closed head injuries, paraplegics/quadriplegics, burn patients, urological patients and wound care patients. Advanced Medical Support Services will:

• Contact the physician to obtain the prescription,

• Contact both the patient and current vendor to inform them of our provider relationship and

• Place the patient on our monitoring program.
